Roles & Responsibilities
This internship offers the chance to gain hands-on experience while working closely with a supportive team. You ll contribute through a mix of day-to-day support and ownership of small project-based initiatives.
You will be an integral part of the department and will play an active role in our continued success. As a Feasibility and Investment Analysis Intern, some of your activities will include:
- Conducting market research & supporting team members on projects.
- Preparing hotel projections and valuations aimed at the Development, Real Estate, Finance & Executive Management functions.
- Preparing performance analyses for existing and proposed hotels.
- Preparing internal/external presentations.
- Assisting with occasional administrative tasks.
- Occasionally attending team meetings, internal meetings, and external eventsbr>

Competitive Salary & Benefits: 60,000 AED PA, housing allowance 48,000 AED PA & transport allowance 6,000 AED PA.
Location: Area Office, Dubai. Our placements are office based with flexibility offered across some teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
You must have graduated, or be due to graduate, with a Bachelor s or Master s degree between February 2025 and August 2026.
- A Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Management or Real Estate is required. Alternatively, a Master's Degree or equivalent from Business, Real Estate or Hotel school, and/or further education of hospitality and/or real estate investments related is preferred.
- You must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from 1st of September 2026.
- Must be eligible to work full-time in the UAE without company sponsorship.
- A strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.
- Must be living in the UAE and eligible to work full-time.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing). Working knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial.
- Committed to professional excellence, self-critical and driven to learn.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and pro-active awareness of hotel/tourism market trends.
- Familiarity with geographic hotel markets in the Middle East and Africa.
- Knowledge of key international hotel brands and concepts would be preferred.
- Ability to work with and build financial spreadsheets in Excel.
- Excellent time management, organisational, coordination and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Team working skills and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
