Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for proposed real estate projects, including financial, market, and risk analyses.
  • Gather and analyze data on market trends, property values, and demographic information to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare detailed financial models to evaluate project viability, including cash flow projections, ROI, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Develop and present clear, data-driven reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor ongoing project performance against initial feasibility assessments and update analyses as necessary.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with real estate investments and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, zoning laws, and market developments impacting real estate projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases and investment proposals for internal and external review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in feasibility analysis, investment analysis, or a similar role within the real estate sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and interpret complex financial models and forecasts.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience conducting market research and data analysis for real estate projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with local real estate regulations, zoning, and permitting processes.
