Role Objective Quality Control inspection, sampling and analysis and reporting its compliance to standards and specifications. Duties and Responsibilities To carry out Q.C. analysis (raw material, in process and finished products) as per the Q.C plan Inspections of OFM and collection of sample from different places To coordinate collection and analysis of samples received on hourly basis Inspection and sampling of Wheat, Corn, Soyabean meal, Bran, Barley etc at seaport upon arrival of cargo ship as per inspection plan and procedures developed by QC team. Monitoring the quality of raw material in silos and store during the storage period, including control of pest and any degradation in the quality and reporting it to the concern department for appropriate actions. To communicate and report on all conformances as well as non-conformances related to quality of raw material, packing material, in process and finished products. Inspection of flour and feed mill premises as per inspection schedule daily, weekly and monthly or as and when required by the team/management. Raise and investigate NCRs, CCN in coordination with other team members. Ready to work on weekend, holidays, Shifts and overtime as and when required.
