Roles & Responsibilities
I- Job Description
- Support in executive tasks at the levels of the administration department.
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar planning.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as per the company needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
II- Required candidates and skills
- Bilingual: Arabic/English is a must.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email.
- Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, Word, power point.
- Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
- Well mannered.
- Highly organized
- Well-Presented.
