Roles & Responsibilities

I- Job Description

  • Support in executive tasks at the levels of the administration department.
  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar planning.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as per the company needs.

  • Bilingual: Arabic/English is a must.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email.
  • Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, Word, power point.
