Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Female Administrative Assistant to join our team in Beirut. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by handling daily administrative tasks and supporting the team with operations.


Responsibilities:


Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence


Organize and maintain physical and digital files


Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination


Greet and assist visitors and clients


Assist in basic accounting, invoicing, or filing documents


Support the team with day-to-day office tasks


Requirements:


Female candidate based in or near Beirut


Strong communication and organizational skills


Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Ability to multitask and work independently


Prior experience in a similar administrative role is a plus
