About the Role:

We are looking for a professional and experienced female butler/house manager to join an ambassador’s private residence in Muscat. This is a live-in position that offers the opportunity to work in a distinguished diplomatic household. The ideal candidate will ensure the household operates smoothly, maintain high standards of service, and be comfortable working with children as part of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ambassador’s residence.

• Supervise and coordinate household staff and ensure exceptional standards of hospitality.

• Organize formal events, dinners, and official gatherings within the residence.

• Work closely and comfortably with children in the household, assisting as needed in a family-friendly environment.

• Maintain the residence’s impeccable presentation and handle personal assistance tasks for the ambassador and family.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only, currently residing in Oman.

• Proven experience in a similar household management role, preferably in a high-profile or diplomatic setting.

• Strong organizational skills and a professional, discreet demeanor.

• Comfortable and experienced in working with children.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
