Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process catering orders via phone, email, or in person
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to the kitchen and operations team
- Ensure accuracy of orders, including quantities, special requests, and delivery details
- Coordinate with delivery staff to ensure timely dispatch and setup
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Monitor order progress and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation and records of orders and transactions
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good organizational and coordination skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, order systems)
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
