Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Manage material procurement and ensure proper usage on site
- Track project costs and assist in budget control
- Prepare and review method statements and work schedules
- Ensure proper documentation, including daily logs and progress reports
- Support tendering processes and cost estimation when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: BE in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a construction company is a must
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Primavera or similar tools is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Project management and coordination
