Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle import & export operations and documentation
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, forwarding companies, and internal departments
Follow up on shipments and ensure smooth operations
Monitor stock and maintain accurate records
Ensure high-quality customer service and after-sales support
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service and Freight Forwarding / Import-Export Operations
University degree in Business, Logistics, Administration, Accounting, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good command of Arabic and English (French is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
