As a Family Driver, your primary responsibility will be to provide safe and reliable transportation for a family or household. You will be entrusted with the task of driving family members, including children, parents, and other relatives, to various destinations such as schools, offices, appointments, and social events. Your role is essential in ensuring the family's transportation needs are met efficiently, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

· Safe Transportation: Safely operate the family vehicle to transport family members to and from their destinations, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.

· Schedule Management: Coordinate with family members to create an efficient daily schedule, taking into account school drop-offs and pickups, work timings, appointments, and other commitments.

· Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the family vehicle in a clean and organized condition, ensuring regular servicing, fueling, and repairs are carried out as needed.

· Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of all passengers, especially children, by following appropriate safety measures, such as using child car seats, seat belts, and secure door locking.

· Navigation: Possess good knowledge of local routes and alternative routes to ensure timely and efficient travel, especially during peak traffic hours or road closures.

· Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the family's schedule and unexpected changes or emergencies.

· Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family's personal information, activities, and conversations heard during the course of work.

· Professionalism: Exhibit a professional and respectful attitude at all times, ensuring excellent customer service and interpersonal skills when interacting with family members, guests, and other individuals.

· Additional Duties: Assist with other tasks as requested by the family, such as running errands, grocery shopping, picking up packages, or any other miscellaneous tasks.

· Follow procedures to ensure passenger safety

· Keep passengers informed of possible delays

Requirements

· Proven working experience as a Family driver.

· Valid professional driver’s with light vehicle license

· Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Extremely responsible with documents.

· Good driving record with no traffic violation

· Languages: English
