Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


• Manage calendars and schedule meetings
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Act as a point of contact between executives and internal or/and external stakeholders
• Handle confidential documents and communications with integrity
• Assist with project management and follow-up on action items
• Organize, update, and maintain accurate records and files
• Execute tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• High level of discretion and professionalism

• Preferred Nationality - Filipino
