Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a Female Graphic Designer + Social Media Executive who can create strong visual content and manage our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and up to date with trends. Influencer marketing is an important part of this role, and content creation (photo/video) is an added advantage.
Graphic Design
- Create engaging designs for social media posts, stories, reels covers, ads, banners, flyers, and presentations
- Maintain brand consistency in all creatives
- Design creatives for campaigns, promotions, product/service launches
- Work closely with the team to understand requirements and deliver on time
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute monthly/weekly content calendars
- Publish and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write/craft captions, hashtags, and basic community responses (as needed)
- Track performance and share reports/insights (reach, engagement, growth)
Influencer Marketing (Important)
- Research and shortlist relevant influencers/creators
- Coordinate collaborations: outreach, negotiation support, briefing, and deliverables tracking
- Ensure influencer content aligns with brand and campaign goals
- Maintain influencer database and report on campaign results
Content Creation (Added Advantage)
- Basic photo/video shooting for social media
- Assist in creating reels/short videos and simple edits when required
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Graphic Design + Social Media (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong design skills and a creative eye for trends
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Canva is a plus)
- Understanding of social media best practices and analytics
- Good communication and coordination skills (especially for influencer work)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred/Plus
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro/CapCut/After Effects)
- Experience handling influencer collaborations in the UAE/GCC market
- Photography/videography basics
