Female Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a professional and experienced Female Housekeeping Supervisor who is Arabic-speaking and currently available in the UAE for immediate joining. The ideal candidate will oversee housekeeping operations, maintain high cleanliness standards, supervise housekeeping staff, and ensure excellent hygiene and guest satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties effectively.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with procurement when needed.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments regarding operational requirements.
• Prepare housekeeping reports and operational updates.

Requirements

• Female candidate only. Age above 36 yrs.
• Arabic-speaking is mandatory.
• Currently available inside the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Experience in hotels, hospitality, residential towers, or facilities management preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Housekeeping Management.
• Experience with multicultural teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
