Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Create and manage hiring recruitment emails, and job portal accounts
- Source and screen candidates through job platforms and personal networks
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Support the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks such as attendance, payroll, policy and procedures, organizational chart and Manpower Plan, Letters, Hospital approvals
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2 3 years of experience in HR specially recruitment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Presentable and professional
