Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and vendor payments accurately, ensuring timely and compliant disbursements.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliation.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Holds a minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
