Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process invoices and vendor payments accurately, ensuring timely and compliant disbursements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliation.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Holds a minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
- Demonstrates proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Exhibits strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
