Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all import and export shipments with suppliers and clients
- Negotiate pricing and secure the fastest routing at the lowest cost
- Coordinate with clearance agents to ensure smooth and fast clearance from airport and port
- Follow up with forwarders and shipping lines regarding shipments
- Responsible for ordering and purchasing labels
- Prepare and follow up on shipping and logistics documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in forwarding companies and shipping lines is a must
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Knowledge of shipping and logistics documentation is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
French language is an added value
