Roles & Responsibilities

A leading water treatment & swimming pools company is seeking a Female Office Administrator to support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and basic documentation
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records
  • Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
