Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily office administrative tasks and documentation
Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal communication
Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
Assist management with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
Support HR and operations teams with basic administrative duties
Ensure office supplies and records are well maintained
Coordinate with clients and staff professionally
