1. Guest Treatment & Care

• Conduct assessments to identify guests physical conditions, mobility limitations, and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, stretching, mobilization, therapeutic exercises, and massage.
• Provide rehabilitation sessions for injuries, postural issues, chronic pain, and wellness improvement.
• Offer preventive therapy, wellness advice, and home-exercise recommendations to guests.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and confidentiality.

2. Wellness & Resort Program Participation

• Support resort wellness programs such as fitness classes, posture workshops, ergonomic awareness, and rehabilitation activities.
• Participate in designing wellness packages and campaigns aligned with resort offerings.
• Collaborate with fitness trainers, massage therapists, and spa staff to enhance holistic guest care.

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and local health regulations.
• Report incidents, guest concerns, or equipment issues promptly to the Wellness Manager.

4. Equipment & Environment Management

• Ensure physiotherapy tools and equipment are properly sanitized, maintained, and safely stored.
• Monitor treatment rooms to ensure a clean, relaxing, and guest-ready environment.
• Recommend upgrades or new equipment as needed.

5. Customer Service Excellence

• Provide warm, welcoming, and professional guest interactions.
• Promote resort wellness services and encourage repeat sessions where beneficial.
• Handle guest feedback courteously, ensuring a premium experience.
