Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Teach group Pilates classes using STOTT PILATES principles and techniques
Conduct private and semi-private Pilates sessions
Assess client fitness levels and create individualized programs
Provide proper form correction and modifications for all fitness levels
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Stay current with industry trends and continuing education
Desired Candidate Profile
STOTT PILATES certification (required)
Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
Arabic is a bonus
Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- STOTT PILATES certification in Reformer & Mat (minimum) and Cadillac, Chair and Barrels (preferred)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, movement patterns, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of varying abilities
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Previous teaching experience of at least 1 year
