Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Lagree Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching group classes as well as private training sessions. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are not only skilled in the Lagree Method but also have a friendly and approachable attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Teach group Lagree classes to a variety of fitness levels
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual client needs
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure safety, form, and technique are always prioritized in every session
- Contribute to a positive, motivating, and inclusive studio environment

Desired Candidate Profile
- Certification in the Lagree Method (or a similar high-intensity fitness method)
- Prior experience teaching fitness classes and personal training preferred Passionate about health and fitness with the ability to inspire and motivate clients Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality Ability to work well within a team environment Must be flexible and willing to work varying hours, including weekends if required
