Job Description: Primary Homeroom Teacher

Byron Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced female Primary Homeroom teacher to join our team in Kuwait working with a U.K. Curriculum. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment where our students can learn and develop.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver a high-quality, play-based curriculum that meets the needs of all students
• Create a warm and welcoming environment where students feel safe, valued, and respected
• Observe and assess students' development, and use this information to plan next steps in their learning
• Work in partnership with parents and carers to support students' learning and development
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and achievements
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities as required
• Ensure that the classroom environment is clean, tidy, and well-organized
• Support students's personal, social, and emotional development, as well as their physical and cognitive development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Masters preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience in British Curriculum Schools
• Knowledge of the British curriculum and assessment framework
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to a new culture and work in a multicultural environment
• Native English Speaker
