Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-Welcome and assist members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
-Handle front desk operations including calls, inquiries, and walk-ins
-Provide information about gym services, memberships, and ongoing offers
-Manage appointments, class schedules, and trainer bookings
-Maintain records of members, attendance, and daily inquiries
-Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
-Address customer queries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
-Support sales team by passing on leads and assisting with follow-ups
Desired Candidate Profile
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Presentable personality with a professional attitude
-Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calls, emails)
-Prior experience in reception or customer service is preferred
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
-Immediate joiners preferred
