Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Source and attract top talent using diverse channels, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a strong pipeline.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, focusing on identifying potential.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely placements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions quickly.
Desired Candidate Profile
A High school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge in Saudi laws.
Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology, healthcare, or finance industries.
Bilingual enabling effective communication with candidates and stakeholders is added advantage.
