Roles & Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and proactively, offering assistance and creating a welcoming shopping environment.
Provide expert product knowledge, including features, benefits, and usage, to guide customer purchasing decisions.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout, including merchandise presentation and stock replenishment.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, showcasing a foundation for retail success.
Prior retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role, demonstrating familiarity with sales processes.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology, ensuring efficient transactions.
