Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Actively promote and sell products to achieve sales targets
Maintain strong product knowledge and explain features/benefits clearly
Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash accurately
Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Relevant certifications in sales, marketing or customer service are a plus.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the fitness industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
