Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from clients.

  2. Assist and guide clients in choosing the right vehicle based on their needs.

  3. Convince and close bookings through strong communication and sales skills.

  4. Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer information.

  5. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and return processes.

  6. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.

  7. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

  8. Work with RTA system and rental car system.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the car rental industry (preferred).

  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  3. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  4. Strong English skills (Arabic is a plus).

  5. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  6. Passion for cars, especially Tesla and luxury vehicles, is a plus.

  7. Minimum 1 year experience at a car rental company (preferred).
