Preferred candidate profile

1. Core Service Responsibilities (Hands-on Work)

The senior beautician should be technically strong and able to handle premium clients:

• Perform advanced beauty treatments:
• Facials (including anti-aging, hydra, gold, etc.)
• Threading, waxing, bleaching
• Manicure & pedicure (classic + spa)
• Body treatments (scrubs, wraps, relaxation therapies if offered)
• Hair spa & basic hair treatments (if salon offers)
• Handle VIP / regular high-value clients
• Diagnose skin concerns and recommend suitable treatments & home care
• Ensure hygiene, sterilization, and professional standards in every service
• Stay updated with latest beauty trends & techniques

2. Team Leadership & Supervision

As a senior staff, leadership is key:

• Guide and supervise junior beauticians, therapists & trainees
• Train new staff on:
• Customer handling
• Hygiene & safety standards
• Maintain discipline, grooming standards & work ethics
• Support the salon manager in daily operations

3. Client Experience & Relationship Management

A leading salon runs on repeat customers & reputation:

• Provide excellent customer service & consultation
• Build long-term relationships with regular clients
