Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

Project Coordination:

Work closely with the team and clients to integrate FF&E seamlessly into the overall design scheme.

Create detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and budgets for client presentations and project implementation.

Vendor Management:

Establish and maintain relationships with high-end furniture and decor vendors.

Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to ensure the procurement of top-quality items within project timelines.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage FF&E budgets in collaboration with the project management team.

Monitor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough quality assessments of all procured FF&E items to guarantee the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.

Address any issues related to product quality, defects, or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
