Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FF&E Division Manager to lead and manage the Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment division for a reputed organization in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities (Brief):

  • Lead overall FF&E division operations, procurement, and project coordination
  • Develop strategies to grow division revenue, market share, and profitability
  • Source, negotiate, and manage local and international suppliers
  • Ensure cost control, quality standards, and timely delivery of FF&E items
  • Oversee end-to-end FF&E procurement and project execution
  • Coordinate with design, project, and client teams for product approvals
  • Implement quality control and compliance across procurement and logistics
  • Manage import, customs, and documentation requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop division teams for high performance

  • Strong knowledge of FF&E products, specifications, and quality standards
  • Understanding of import, customs, and market regulations
