Position Overview

As FFE Specialist, you will be responsible for the specification, procurement, coordination, and successful installation of all FFE packages within large-scale, luxury projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure high-quality products meet both the visual aspirations and functional demands of world-class developments.

What You ll Do

* Define FFE scope, specifications, budgets, and schedules in alignment with project objectives
* Prepare and manage comprehensive FFE documentation including drawings, item lists, and mock-up requirements
* Coordinate with interior designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality installation
* Oversee the procurement lifecycle, from supplier negotiation to logistics planning and installation
* Approve FFE samples and submittals to ensure consistency with design and quality benchmarks
* Ensure compliance with sustainability and durability standards relevant to high-traffic, luxury environments
* Monitor and resolve any FFE-related challenges throughout the design and construction process
* Generate progress reports, status updates, and presentation materials for internal and client review

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
* Minimum 8 years FFE experience on luxury hospitality or high-end residential projects
* Strong product knowledge of luxury furnishings, fixtures, and accessories
* Proven vendor coordination and procurement management capabilities
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and project documentation tools
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and stakeholder interaction
* Knowledge of sustainable materials and fit-out logistics preferred
* Middle East project experience considered a plus
