Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
FH Supplier
As a procurement specialist, your objective will be to participate, as a key player, in the processes of acquiring the products necessary for our business through efficient supply chain management while ensuring a better quality/price ratio.
In this context, you will be amenable to:
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) by processing internal purchase requests, ensuring that all technical details are included in the purchase request.
- Ensure the sourcing of requested products from suppliers authorized by the Quality Department, in accordance with the technical specifications requested on the purchase order and taking into account the price/quality/delivery time relationship.
- Ensure follow-up on BC validation by all stakeholders
- Prepare a comparative table on Safran's information system related to the purchase request.
- Ensure the processing of Purchase Requests (PRs) from their receipt until the receipt of Safran products or services.
- Managing commercial disputes and warranties with suppliers and subcontractors
- Participate in projects for the continuous improvement of the supply scope
Desired Candidate Profile
BAC+5 in Purchasing and Supply Management or in Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industrial sector, preferably in the aeronautical or automotive field.
