Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proven experience as a strong>Fiber Optic Technician/strong> in strong>FTTH deployment/strong> projects.
Proficient in:
- strong>Fiber blowing/strong> using blowing machines and compressors.
- strong>Fusion splicing/strong> and handling fiber optic cables.
- strong>OTDR and power meter testing/strong>.
Ability to troubleshoot fiber routes and solve field-level problems independently.
Skilled in strong>drilling, conduit installation, and mounting of enclosures/boxes/strong>.
Familiarity with strong>civil drawings, splice sheets, and network documentation/strong>.
Understanding of strong>fiber routing best practices/strong> and fiber optic standards.
Knowledge of strong>HSE practices/strong> and ability to conduct strong>on-site safety assessments/strong>.
