Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing the required CNC router programs and follow up the manufacturing of new modules until they are inside the GRP workshop

  • Prepare/ make the required CNC wood router programs.
  • Follow up on the GRP and painting workshop groups.
  • Follow up on the workshop plan, and coordinate molding operations on assigned technicians to ensure maintaining prototype and production schedules.
  • Capitalize and collaborate the efficiency of the 5 axis router and follow-up on the maintenance plan.
  • Follow up on the raw materials needed for the workshop and introduce new materials that can assist in the rapid prototyping and molding process.
  • Receive and analyze all the technical feedbacks received from the production and quality departments concerning the GRP and ABS products to identify the root cause to be addressed and solved.
  • Follow up the on workshop workers to ensure the work performance is carried out with no delays and obstacles at all times.
  • Assume other responsibilities as directed by immediate line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

BSC of Engineering preferable mechanical

0 - 5 years of experience in the same field

Very good communication skills
Good English language
Very good computer skills (Solid Works, Auto CAD and Office Applications)
Talented in reading technical drawing.
Creative and decision maker
Good technical background
