Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Field Activation Supervisor to lead on-ground activation teams and ensure flawless execution of field campaigns. This role is responsible for route planning, team performance management, compliance enforcement, and delivering high-quality activations that meet coverage and conversion targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan and manage daily and weekly routes to maximize coverage and operational efficiency.

Supervise field teams on-ground, ensuring consistent execution quality across all activations.

Conduct regular spot checks, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with company standards, data capture processes, and code of conduct.

Manage team schedules, attendance, and day-offs while maintaining full operational coverage.

Coordinate with internal teams and event planners to ensure activation readiness.

Track performance metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Address on-ground challenges and adjust plans in real time to meet targets.

Ensure proper use of field tools and accurate data entry by all team members.

3 5 years of experience in field activation, BTL, events, or retail operations.

1 2 years of experience supervising or managing field teams.

Strong experience in route planning and field operations.

Familiarity with field-force tools and reporting systems (e.g., FFO or similar).

Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Power BI is a plus).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in dynamic environments with flexible working hours.
