Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site audits of retail locations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Collect, verify, and report data on inventory, merchandising, and promotional displays.
- Assess store operations, including staff adherence to policies and customer service protocols.
- Document and communicate audit findings clearly and accurately to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify discrepancies, potential risks, and areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with store managers and team members to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of audit activities and outcomes using digital tools.
- Assist in developing audit checklists and protocols to enhance audit effectiveness.
- Support the training of retail staff on compliance and best practices.
- Travel to various retail locations as required, adhering to the hybrid work arrangement.

Candidate Profile:
- Males Only.
- Owen a car or motorcycle.
- Up to 1 year of experience in auditing, retail, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and audit software.
- Willingness to travel to different retail sites as part of a hybrid work model.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Adaptability to changing environments and requirements.
