Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site audits of retail locations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Collect, verify, and report data on inventory, merchandising, and promotional displays.
  • Assess store operations, including staff adherence to policies and customer service protocols.
  • Document and communicate audit findings clearly and accurately to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify discrepancies, potential risks, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Collaborate with store managers and team members to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of audit activities and outcomes using digital tools.
  • Assist in developing audit checklists and protocols to enhance audit effectiveness.
  • Support the training of retail staff on compliance and best practices.
  • Travel to various retail locations as required, adhering to the hybrid work arrangement.

  • Up to 1 year of experience in auditing, retail, or a related field.
