Roles & Responsibilities
SOKNA is dedicated to transforming all aspects of the funeral service process in Egypt. Our company s objective is to assist families when they experience a loss by providing a seamless and curated service that relieves them of the stress and fear of navigating funeral logistics. We re a highly ambitious start-up with a dedicated and energetic team, and we re looking for similarly passionate individuals to grow with us. SOKNA is looking for a Field Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a people-person who strives to consistently produce quality work. S/he must have solid teamwork and coordination skills. S/he needs to be customer-oriented, reliable, punctual and highly presentable. If you have these great qualities, we want to meet you! Be our frontline representative, based in one of our partner hospitals to directly interface with families facing loss in a timely manner Plan, lead and execute funeral services on the ground on a daily basis with the support of a small team Communicate with the Account Executive to receive new service requests, collect instructions and report timely updates at various steps of the funeral Address customer needs with great attention to details and laser-focus on quality Build relationships with the staff at the hospital among other parties and eloquently communicate our company s mission and core values Prepare all the tools and documents needed to meet the service requirements Fill forms, complete paperwork and write concise notes Handle payments and service accounting with relevant stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree with 2 - 4 years of experience
- High-level of integrity and passion for helping others
- Problem solver and able to work under pressure while maintaining standards
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and a strong desire to do great work
- Excellent communicator and a great team-player
- Reliable and always on-time
- Professional, empathetic and able to communicate with the families
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Arabic
