Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Learn WOS field operation procedures in the areas of frac plug drill outs, setting/pulling downhole plugs, flowback, casing cleanouts and milling, and fishing

  • Execute field operations independently once fully trained
  • Work in a rotational schedule while traveling between shop and field locations as needed by customer requirements
  • Promote a culture of superior service quality to support customer needs and relations
  • Contribute to a multifaceted team to deliver superior service quality to customers
  • Anticipate issues and assertively solve problems
  • Identify areas of improvement in operations and offer solutions

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be authorized to work in Saudi Arabia without current or future sponsorship

  • Bachelor s degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to learn new skills and execute with high attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, and to lift and carry up to 35lbs
  • Mechanical aptitude is highly preferred
  • Rotational work schedule with travel to field locations and flexibility for time off
  • Safe operation of motor vehicles and comfortability around large equipment
