Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Provide onsite support for network, hardware, and system issues

  2. Handle new store IT setups (cabling, rack installation, device deployment)

  3. Maintain network infrastructure (IDF/MDF, patch panels, cabling)

  4. Troubleshoot POS systems, scanners, printers, and tablets

  5. Support access control systems (doors, readers, locks)

  6. Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, and MSP teams

  7. Ensure minimal downtime across all locations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on Field IT professional with strong experience in onsite support and infrastructure setup

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot network, hardware, and retail IT devices (POS, scanners, printers)

  • Experience working in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse environments is highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling, rack management, and basic networking

  • Familiar with access control systems (door controllers, card readers, locks)

  • Comfortable working independently across multiple locations (field-based role)

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and ensure minimal downtime

  • Good coordination skills with vendors, ISPs, and IT service providers (MSP/MSSP)

  • Basic understanding of Windows and Android device environments

  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and IT compliance requirements

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
