Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair telecom equipment and infrastructure issues in the field.
Perform routine maintenance checks on telecom systems and networks.
Ensure all work is completed within specified timeframes and to high standards of quality.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Maintenance Engineer
Strong technical skills with telecom equipment and infrastructure.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
