Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibility & Authority
Implement processes based on the standards and monitor the sustainability of the operation standard guidelines by gathering performance reports, supporting service operations for service activities & actions, and submitting required reports to the AMDC office. Also includes hiring and training a team of field reps, and evaluating and analyzing their performance. Support B&P business. Support Tools and Equipment operation.
Key Activities:
Coach and guide field representatives in field activities, as well as individual performances.
Responsible for standards enforcement and market information gathering and reporting to ADMC HO.
Work directly with service management on action planning and execution, with the aim to satisfy customers.
Support the Field representative Team to roll out and sustain standards in operation via the following
programs (but not limited to):
- Basic programs/assessment tools to establish operating fundamentals.
- Quick service operation program to build high productivity operations applying concepts from GWM.
- Any other projects as directed by the Field representative team.
- Follow up and monitor service KPIs by reporting to set corrective action plans with the service team.
Communicate with ADMC branch management on the development and execution of action plans.
Conducted field assessment and market survey, communicated with head office on results, and provided required data for performance analysis.
Support the B&P Business.
Support the workshops in providing tools, equipment, uniforms, loaner cars,
Conduct regular field visits to assigned ADMC Centers to assess performance and operating standards. Develop action plans jointly with Center Management using data from performance reports and throughout the workplace. Observations to continuously improve and sustain standards in the following:
- Workshop Management
- Repair Skills & Quality
- Tools & Equipment
- Training
- Service Product/Marketing Activities Implementation
- Coordinate with sales and marketing executives to develop field strategies and initiatives
- Assess and evaluate team and individual performance
Fill knowledge gaps through additional Coaching and professional development programs
Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals","requirements":"* Bachelor's degree .* Minimum of 3-5 years experience in field operations or a supervisory role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and field management software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
