Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Support solar installation crews and electricians by resolving day-to-day technical and operational challenges.
  • Provide remote guidance on installation, electrical, and inspection issues across residential and commercial solar projects.
  • Troubleshoot solar system installation and structural problems in real time to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate between field teams and project coordinators to optimize workflow and issue resolution.
  • Monitor field performance and recurring installation issues to improve processes and quality standards.
  • Ensure effective utilization of field personnel and technical resources across projects.
  • Deliver remote job-site support and technical direction to ensure installations meet standards and pass inspections.
  • Train and mentor installation teams on solar best practices, technical requirements, and field procedures.

Qualifications

  • 7 8+ years of experience in solar installation, electrical engineering, or field operations roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with residential and commercial solar PV installations.
  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Energy Engineering, Solar Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical decision-making skills in field environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience with solar installation or EPC companies is highly preferred.
  • Solar PV training or certification is highly valuable.
