Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:



As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing field operations across assigned territories. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service.



Key Duties & Responsibilities:


Conducting daily visits to the merchants contracted with the first party.


Carry out the tasks assigned to him by the direct manager within 48 hours.


Fill out the questionnaire with the employees of the branches working in the branches of the contracted merchants.


Submit weekly reports on visits made to merchant branches.


Obtaining data on all branch managers and merchants’ branch numbers and verifying their accuracy.


Escalating problems faced by merchants during the implementation of the company's services to the supervisor responsible for them on a daily basis.


Update the company database.


Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Previous experience in field operations or a similar role is preferred.
