Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Field & Partner Marketing Specialists will drive measurable business impact across the region. This role owns the end-to-end planning, execution, and ROI of assigned marketing initiatives and contributes directly to business targets.
This is a hands-on execution role with clear accountability for event delivery, lead quality, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
The role partners closely with Sales and Partnerships to translate business priorities into focused, high-impact marketing programs, using data and performance insights to continuously optimize outcomes and investment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver 10 to 12 field and partner events per quarter across assigned markets.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design and execute integrated field initiatives aligned to both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Execute co-marketing initiatives with partners such as AWS, Microsoft, ISVs, and strategic technology partners.
- Work closely with Sales and SDR teams on account targeting, invitations, attendance management, and post-event follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate lead capture, qualification, and timely handover to Sales.
- Track and report event-level performance and ROI, including revenue influenced and closed, SQLs and pipeline generated, registrations versus attendance, and lead-to-SQL conversion.
- Maintain event trackers, dashboards, and CRM updates with a high level of data accuracy.
- Identify underperforming activities and drive improvements in format, messaging, targeting, or execution.
- Support multiple engagement formats including roundtables, executive dinners, webinars, roadshows, and partner events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, or event execution roles.
- Experience supporting partner-led campaigns in a technology or enterprise environment.
- Strong execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with metrics, ROI tracking, and performance data.
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Cvent is a plus.
- Willingness and ease of visa to travel across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan as required.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in project execution and follow-through.
- Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
