Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Field & Partner Marketing Programs
- Organize and manage 10 12 field and partner marketing activities each quarter across designated regions.
- Develop and execute integrated field marketing campaigns that support immediate pipeline targets as well as long-term business objectives.
- Coordinate a variety of engagement formats, including Executive roundtables, Leadership dinners, Webinars, Roadshows, Partner-driven workshops and events
Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Partnerships, SDR teams, and Business Units to align marketing activities with commercial goals.
- Execute joint marketing campaigns with key technology partners such as AWS, Microsoft, ISVs, Other strategic alliance partners
- Liaise with agencies, vendors, venues, and external stakeholders to ensure successful event and campaign execution.
Demand Generation & Lead Management
- Support Sales and SDR teams with Target account selection, Invitation and attendee management, Event participation tracking, Post-event engagement activities
- Ensure proper lead capture, qualification, and timely transfer to Sales teams.
- Contribute to pipeline acceleration and opportunity nurturing through targeted field initiatives.
Campaign Performance & ROI Analysis
- Measure and report on marketing performance indicators, including Revenue influenced and closed, Pipeline contribution, SQL generation, Registration-to-attendance conversion, Lead-to-SQL conversion metrics
- Maintain accurate CRM records, dashboards, reports, and campaign trackers.
- Evaluate campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
Optimization & Best Practices
- Analyze underperforming initiatives and recommend enhancements in Messaging, Audience segmentation,Event structure, Campaign execution
- Use performance data and business insights to improve marketing investments and outcomes.
- Support the development and refinement of field and partner marketing processes, templates, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 3 6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, or event execution roles.
- Experience supporting partner-led campaigns in a technology or enterprise environment.
- Strong execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with metrics, ROI tracking, and performance data.
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Cvent is a plus.
- Willingness and ease of visa to travel across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan as required.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in project execution and follow-through.
- Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
