Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Our client will conduct two key missions in eastern Libya: to Benghazi from 19 22 April, in partnership with Italy, and to Al Bayda from 04 06 April, in partnership with France. The missions aim to follow up on ongoing interventions and explore upcoming initiatives. Both visits will include high-level meetings and participation in major public events and exhibitions related to UOur client s development work in the region.
To document the events capturing key moments, participants, and interactions through audio visual content for visibility and reporting purposes.
Role objectives
Capture a minimum of 15 high-resolution, professionally shot photographs for each story, highlighting
locations and individuals benefiting from UNDP interventions.
Deliver high-quality video footage (B-roll and interviews) in the field, based on assignment needs.
Collaborate closely with the UNDP Project Manager and Communications Team throughout the assignment.
Upload all photos professionally to UNDP shared folder including complete metadata for archiving and future use.
Project reporting
oordination will be led by the Communication Associate, with supervision and evaluation by our clien't in Libya Communications Analyst.

Advocacy & Policy: Identify, prepare, and communicate information for advocacy, promoting UNDP s mandate.
Strategic Partnerships: Maintain networks, analyze and select materials to strengthen alliances.
Organizational Learning: Conduct research, propose innovative approaches, document best practices.
ob Knowledge: Apply fundamental concepts in communications, digital literacy, and photography; stay updated with IT tools.
Visibility & Advocacy: Promote UNDP s work through media and knowledge assets; capture and analyze relevant information.
Client Orientation: Research solutions, prioritize tasks, and build effective relationships with internaland external stakeholders.
