Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Field Sales & Education Support

Location: Global (Remote)

Employment Type: Full Time

Role Overview:

The Field Sales & Education Support position is responsible for assisting the Field Sales and Education teams by coordinating product orders, managing field logistics, and maintaining organized data and communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and an effective written communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BA Support:

  • Manage and maintain accurate shift schedules in scheduling portals.
  • Communicate upcoming shifts and event details to store teams promptly and professionally.
  • Create, format, and distribute event signage and supporting materials as needed.
  • Generate and distribute account discount codes according to program guidelines.
  • Act as a key liaison between the Field Sales and Education teams to ensure seamless execution of all initiatives.

2. Order & Inventory Coordination:

  • Place and track orders for GWP (Gift With Purchase), gratis, and sampling through Shopify.
  • Coordinate the shipment of training kits, event materials, and educational tools.
  • Monitor deliveries and proactively communicate tracking updates or delays to stakeholders.

3. Field Data Management & Reporting:

  • Collect, compile, and organize weekly field reports, event photos, and recaps.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field activities, events, and performance data.
  • Support the onboarding process for new Brand Ambassadors (BAs) by setting up tools and materials.

4. Education Materials:

  • Update and maintain the Education Portal with new training materials and content.
  • Ensure educational resources are easily accessible and current for all field personnel.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts with precision and efficiency.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
  • A proactive mindset with a see a problem, solve it attitude.
