Field Sales Representative

Nestl Saudi Arabia L.L.C Jeddah

Position Summary :

The Field Sales Representative role is to drive sales with the Food Services customers driven by laser sharp focus behind out of home channels( ( Hotels, Restaurant, Petrol Stations, Catering, Airlines and Workplace).This will be achieved by ensuring new customer acquisition augmented by strengthening the weighted basket size enabled through retaining the existing customer base

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop relations with key clients and decision makers within the Foodservices industry

Responsible for organizing your own schedule, completing deadlines and making effective use of internal information and databases.
Constantly reviews the Foodservice industry to identify key areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.

Engage with the distributor sales team/ Key accounts to develop new business opportunities.

Analyze the performance KPI s throughout the year and reacts accordingly to achieve the year-end target.


Requirements:

From 3 years of experience in FMCG Industry
Commercially strong with good analytical skills
Hands on experience of sales function preferably Foodservices Environment
Must have excellent communication skills (credible influencing & persuasion)
Build internal & external wining relationships.
