Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and medical/pharma customers.
- Present and explain products/solutions professionally and clearly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Identify new leads, generate opportunities, and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular activity/sales reports.
- Collect market feedback (customer needs, competitor activity, pricing trends) and share insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, pipelines, and customer updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree (required).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in the field and manage frequent customer visits.
- Strong relationship-building and customer handling skills.
- Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic (required). (English is a plus.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior field sales experience (medical/pharma or technology-related is a plus).
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools (Excel/CRM) and reporting.
- Strong time management, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
