Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and medical/pharma customers.
  • Present and explain products/solutions professionally and clearly.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new leads, generate opportunities, and expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular activity/sales reports.
  • Collect market feedback (customer needs, competitor activity, pricing trends) and share insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, pipelines, and customer updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree (required).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in the field and manage frequent customer visits.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer handling skills.
  • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic (required). (English is a plus.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior field sales experience (medical/pharma or technology-related is a plus).
  • Familiarity with sales tracking tools (Excel/CRM) and reporting.
  • Strong time management, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
