Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and presentable field sales representative for a promotional gifts company based in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate gifting or promotional products, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish while consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business and manage existing client accounts within the corporate and promotional gifting segment
- Visit clients regularly, present products professionally, and understand client requirements
- Handle each project from enquiry to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution
- Coordinate closely with suppliers, clients, production teams, and logistics teams
- Prepare quotations, follow up on approvals, and close deals efficiently
- Ensure timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in promotional gifts, corporate gifting, printing, or similar field
- Must have own car and valid Saudi driving license
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent personal presentation and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of sourcing, branding, and production processes
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- must speak English & Arabic
